Pictures of children in distress always make you want to do something to make them feel better or change their life in some way. If you read a magazine when there is a terror strike or an earthquake, you will see a lot of pictures of crying and dying children which can make you sick to the stomach. The innocence in the eyes of children who lead a life collecting rags makes most people want to make a difference.

Especially during war, the children are always the worst hit. Losing parents having to raise siblings younger than them, etc. makes children grow up sooner than they should. It makes you wonder why the innocent children should pay because countries hate each other. Caught in the cross fire, there is nothing these innocents can do but hope for a better future.
